Your Motif account is for the purposes of storing a record of how many test sessions you have available, and the results of each session. The account process is very simple, stores very little data, and is never shared. It's for the purposes of identifying you as you may login across multiple devices to use test sessions purchased.


This one account is used across all of the new Motif digital tests, whether online or on iOS apps.


Creating your account


Create an account with email and password, if you are planning on sharing results sheets across a few devices. You can read more about sharing results across multiple devices. Your email address is stored for purposes of identifying you. 


Alternatively, you can create an account by signing in with a Google or Apple account on the Login screen - there's no need to go through a special create account process, simply sign in to get started.


Logging in on multiple devices


You can login on a few devices, sharing a purchased results sheet balance. Read more here. While we don't limit the number of devices, we monitor the number of devices a single account is used to log into, and may contact you to confirm the legitimacy of your use-case.


Forgotten password


If you've forgotten your password, tap "Sign in with email", enter your email address, and then tap the "Trouble signing in" link under your password field to start the password recovery process. 



You can't recover your password if you've signed up using Google or Apple.
