Subscribing to Motif

A subscription to Motif provides a discounted price for digital results sheets. Subscriptions are designed for customers who plan to do higher volumes of testing throughout the course of a year.


Subscription price is $300.00AUD annually. Subscriptions are managed with our ecommerce partner Stripe, and will auto-renew based on the day you initially subscribe, using the credit card you supplied.


Subscribers get the discounted $1.50 per results sheet pricing across all digital tests, no matter the volume purchased.



When should you subscribe? 


Subscribing to Motif is better value when you plan on running above 90 tests annually. At that point, the price of subscription + 90 tests is equal to the same number of tests at the casual price. So every test beyond that is much better value. 


This number includes different types of tests - for example, if you plan to run 45 CC2 tests, 30 LeST tests, and 15 DiSTs tests, this puts you above the threshold so you should subscribe. The discount applies across all of the digital tests.


How to subscribe


When viewing the "Buy more tests" page, there is a link to subscribe below the list of available tests. This will take you directly to a Stripe payment cart. It's not possible for us to combine both the subscription process and results sheet purchases into a single transaction so please complete your subscription and return to Motif to see the discounted prices. 


Once subscribed, visiting the "Buy results sheets" page or the "My Account" page, you'll be able to see when the subscription will auto-renew, and a personal link to Stripe to manage your subscription details. 


You can retrieve your subscription receipt and invoice history from within the Stripe Manage Subscription area.



How to unsubscribe


In the Stripe Manage Subscription area you are be able to cancel your subscription. This stops the auto-renew, but leaves your subscriber benefits in place for the remaining time-period of the subscription. The Motif app will remind you that your subscription will not renew at the end date. You can resubscribe at any time by returning to the same page.


When your subscription time period has passed and you do not have auto-renewal enabled, subscriber benefits are lost and you enter an "expired" state. You can still resubscribe from an expired state, which creates a new annual window of subscription based on the date you subscribe.
