Can I share a pack of tests across multiple devices?

When you purchase a pack of results sheets, you are purchasing them for the account that is currently logged in on the device. 

Multiple devices can be logged into the same account, which allows you to access the same pool of pre-purchased tests across a few devices.

At this stage, the sharing of accounts across devices is intended for a single user, not for a group of users. We understand that this may be a useful solution for an organisation to adopt the tests. 

We monitor the number of devices logged in to any given account, and any accounts expecting to have more than 5 devices logged in should reach out to us to let us know of their intended use case. Our desire is to learn about your setup so we can eventually build a way to support this use case properly, not to stop you from accessing your tests.

Suggested precautions for logging in across devices / on non-personal devices:

We recommend using the Email + Password account type, to avoid the need to have many devices logged into a Google or single Apple ID (unless this is already the case for your devices).

When using the tablet apps, you may need to quit / restart the app to get an accurate balance of results sheets. The number of available results sheets is stored locally on the tablet apps, and is only refreshed when a new test session is attempted or run, or if the app is quit/reopened. This might mean that other devices / users may have used tests while you haven't opened the app recently, and when opening it, it might appear that you have more available test sessions than you actually have.
