To claim your welcome pack, click the prompt on your test homepage or dashboard. You'll instantly receive the new results sheets on your balance for all types of tests. These free tests won't expire either, so take your time in using them.
If you dismiss the prompt on the dashboard, you can get it back by signing out and signing back in. We'll prompt you each time you sign in, until you have claimed your free tests.
