Some recent changes to browsers have meant users logging in with the latest Firefox Browser. This is a result of a new security setting from Firefox causing issues with a typical login-flow when signing in with Google or Apple.
Problem: I click sign in with Google or Apple, pick my account, and am returned back to the login screen, without being logged in.
Solution: Click the shield next to the padlock in the navigation bar, and disable "Enhanced Tracking Protection" for motif.org.au.
You'll be able to sign in successfully and use the app without any problems while it is disabled.
