Can the Motif tests be used for children outside the norms ranges?

Under-age: We don't recommend testing childeren under the age limit. We recommend using an alternative test that focuses on letter sound rules, such as the LeST.

Over-age: A child who has a score that is BELOW AVERAGE, and is older than the upper age limit for the test will certainly fall below average for their age. Any other score is very difficult to interpret.

Are there plans to extend the norms?

With appropriate funding, we would love to extend the norms for our tests. As the funding and norms become available, we would update the tests here to reflect that improved coverage.
